I’ve never met anyone too busy for self-care.
But, I know lots of overwhelmed people who don’t make it a priority.
Think you don’t have time for some personal time?
Here are some ways to make time:
1. Stop watching shows and movies.
2. Get off of social media.
3. Quit something you don’t enjoy.
4. Let go of excuses.
5. Don’t blame anyone else.
Though it may not be much, there are little pockets of time that we waste.
Take back those minutes and use them for your good!
